Located behind the Carcross Visitor Information Centre is the Koolseen Heritage Centre. This centre is operated by the Carcross Tagish First Nation and is housed in the restored White Pass Warehouse. Admission is free and visitors can purchase jewellery crafted by a local artist.
The Caribou Hotel is one of the oldest buildings in the region. Since its opening in 1901 as Anderson Hotel, this iconic Carcross building has continued to serve visitors to the area with lodging and dining. Undergoing extensive restoration during 2008 and 2009, the hotel was designated a Yukon Historic Site in 2008.
